J. A. Street & Associates were contracted to construct the original Tri-Cities Baptist Church structure on this site and a later addition doubling the size of the facility. The first structure is two-story and houses the sanctuary, classrooms and gathering areas. The second structure houses a gymnasium. Since completing the addition, Street has returned to the structure for upgrades to the gymnasium and day care areas....

The original Grundy Baptist Church was destroyed by fire and this building was newly constructed on the same property. The new building includes a sanctuary with seating for 290, offices, a fellowship hall, kitchen, classrooms several meeting/conference rooms and a nursery....

Discovery Church was constructed as a Design-Build project on a site with flooding potential and for which utility extension was challenging. The building is a pre-engineered post steel structure with classrooms, gathering areas and a sanctuary. It was constructed with shed-style room at varying planes. Classroom areas are equipped with collapsible wall partitions to customize the space. Flooring throughout is polished concrete with stained and polished concrete in the entry area....

This project involved an extensive exterior remodeling/face lift. Prior to the remodel, the building front was clad in EIFS (exterior insulation finish system) and typical metal sheeting. Brick, stone and timbers were added to the exterior to transform the building’s appearance. On the interior, the sanctuary, classrooms and hallways were renovated and a new portico and vestibule were added....

J. A. Street & Associates constructed and addition to Celebration Church and renovated the existing structure. A segmental block retaining wall was constructed behind the existing structure to provide area for the building addition. An ARAP permit was attained from TDEC to encapsulate the storm water and divert the flow under the building addition to exit on the rear side and flow to a wetland. The addition provided space for a multipurpose area with a full-size gymnasium, restrooms with showers...
