This project was awarded the East Tennessee 2012 Green Light Award for sustainable development. The project involved renovation of a blighted warehouse and construction of a new addition. The structure has exposed wood trusses, suspended lighting, polished concrete floors and a glass clerestory. The exterior is of wood siding with aluminum store front canopies. The insulated roof panels and high efficiency HVAC system add to the sustainability of the project....

This project involved site work and infrastructure to accommodate this one-story steel frame structure. The structure is clad with a brick veneer and has a single slope membrane roof. The interior provides for a 30,000 sf call center, 1000 sf IT and UPS space, training and conference areas, an employee game room, internet café and breakroom, a fitness room as well as supporting administration offices. This is a LEED Certified building....

This project involved site work and construction of a new building for the Social Security Administration office in Wytheville. This is a frame structure with brick veneer and a membrane roof. The structure has a large open office space (2000 sf), interview and training areas, a conference room and secure separation of public and administration areas....

This project consisted of site work and construction of a higher education center housing six different colleges concentrating on healthcare with labs, lecture rooms and auditorium.  Congressman Phil Roe also has a regional office at the facility. This facility was constructed to achieve Silver LEED status....
