Renovation of a landmark building which was previously the H.P. King clothing store in the early 1900’s and was located on State Street in Bristol, Tennessee. The remodel consisted of a total of 6,700sf. The first floor was remodeled for the Stir Fry Restaurant and the second floor was remodeled into Banquet rooms for event facilities. The project was completed in 3 months and was awarded the Heritage Preservation Alliance Adaptive Re-Use Award.
