Project Details

Grundy National Bank is a three-story brick structure adjacent to the Levisa River. The project involved early coordination with the Army Corps of Engineers to permit construction of a retaining wall enabling the site to be raised above the flood elevation. The structure is sprinkled and includes an elevator, two vaults (first and second floors), a segregated IT area, board room, executive and administrative offices as well as areas for routine bank transactions. J. A. Street & Associates worked closely with Diebold to ensure that necessary access control and security measures were achieved. This project was completed on time and under budget.

This project was awarded the Association of General Contractors 2016 Project of the Year Award.
