Input from the Owner is very important to this design stage of the project. As a result, the best possible design is created with full consideration of building quality, function, overall schedule and total cost.
A Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) with competitively secured local subcontract bids is provided to support a final decision. Construction can begin immediately upon Owner acceptance of the GMP prior to completion of all design documents.
