Indian Motorcycle Bristol

This project was a Design-Build renovation of a 1940’s industrial building. To achieve the owner’s desire to maintain the architectural integrity of the building, the existing exposed ceiling structure was maintained, brick walls were sandblasted and the existing concrete floors in the service area were polished. Elsewhere, porcelain tile wood grain flooring was installed. The completed project included a showroom, offices, customer lounge (complete with an exterior fireplace) and service area.
