This project was awarded the East Tennessee 2012 Green Light Award for sustainable development. The project involved renovation of a blighted warehouse and construction of a new addition. The structure has exposed wood trusses, suspended lighting, polished concrete floors and a glass clerestory. The exterior is of wood siding with aluminum store front canopies. The insulated roof panels and high efficiency HVAC system add to the sustainability of the project.
