This Design-Build renovation project included both building and site components. The building’s façade was updated with aluminum composite panels. Exterior renovations were also made to the service area drop off bay. Interior renovations were made to the showroom as well as sales, administrative and management offices. Site improvements included updating a large portion of the underground utilities.
