CEO & President

Jim was graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Civil Engineering. He spent 13 years as a construction company project manager and vice president before starting J. A. Street & Associates in 1985. Jim is highly regarded as a successful manager and businessman, and has served on many community boards.
