The Center consists of a main building and a gymnasium. The main building is wood frame construction with a pre-engineered gymnasium on the westerly side. The main structure is clad in hardi-plank siding with stone veneer and the gymnasium is accented in stone veneer. The main building has an asphalt shingle roof and the gymnasium has a standing seam metal roof. Each entry way has stone veneered columns. The building provides areas for offices, classrooms, counseling, a cafeteria and kitchen.
