J. A. Street & Associates was contracted to build an addition including a 356 fixed seat sanctuary, a 54-seat choir loft, classroom space for 282 persons, a nursery, offices, and additional parking area. The addition was constructed to the rear of the existing structure.
The sanctuary is a pre-engineered metal building. The classrooms and hallways are conventional construction. The exterior is brick clad with metal panel accents. There is a metal panel roof on the sanctuary, single ply roofing on the classrooms, and shingles on the front entry.
The steeple was removed from the existing building and a new one was placed on the new addition. A new bell tower was constructed for the 100-year-old bell from the original church.
