This building was constructed for the regional economic development agency for EarthLink. It was the first phase in a new industrial park – Intersection. The 2-story brick structure houses the call center stations, meeting rooms, and offices. The building has rooftop units and a Liebert thermal management and power solution to cool the data center. The entry vestibule and reception area has stairs leading to the second-floor break area and an open-air balcony. The exterior has fluted metal panels install vertically, regency stone, and brick accent. The building is equipped with a large commercial generator.
