This ECU is located in downtown Kingsport and was constructed for drive-through customers rather than walk-ins. The structure provides area for tellers, two offices, and an employee break area. The exterior is brick with wood bracket accents. The drive through has stacked stone pillars with EIFS pillar caps.
The interior has carpet tile flooring and acoustic ceiling tiles.
