Kenworth Gainesville

This building was constructed as a new dealer ship for MHC Kenworth. It contains sales, visual merchandising, and line shop areas, wash and CNG bays, and a large-parts and second level warehouses. The construction of this facility is tilt-up poured in place concrete walls boasting a geothermal heating and cooling system, and a state-of-the-art LED lighting and control package.  To maximize the use of the property, MHC decided to implement an underground storm water detention storage system which added over ½ acre of paved useable parking/storage space. This was added in the closing stages of the project and JASA was able to implement in a 5-week period start to finish
