This call center was constructed with a brick and EFIS exterior on the front façade and a pre-finished metal exterior on the rear façade. The building has a membrane roof. More than half of the building was designed to serve as a production area with a 4” raised floor system to accommodate electric and telecommunication service for the area. The balance of the building provides areas for training, lockers, offices and employee breaks. The site and structure were designed to provide for a 19,600-square foot addition.
