Utility Trailer – Glade Spring

This design/build project included a 23,954 square feet addition to allow space for an accessory shop at Utility Trailer’s Glade Spring, Virginia facility. This addition has a 30’8” eave height, prefinished metal wall panels and a screw down metal roof. It has sixteen 16’ doors and three overhead cranes. It was completed in January 2018 with a contact value of $1.8 million.
